Likely not: If you had a period then middle of the cycle bleeding. The question of pregnancy best answered by a upt but this type of bleeding, in between cycles, not a sign of pregnancy. Sometimes people have irregular ovulation w irregular bleeding. If persistent go in, you may benefit from an oral contraceptive.
