If my cycle came on on 8/4/12 and went off on 8/10/12. could i still be ovulating on 9/3/12?(my cycle come on every 28 days for 7 days a week)

Unlikely, but...: If regular every 28 day menstrual cycles, then likely ovulation ~day 14 of cycle (8/18/12) and unlikely to be ovulating around day 32 (9/3/12). However, if truly every 28 day cycles, then one would expect menses ~9/1/12 and would not be ovulating then. If no menses by then, then an irregular cycle including late ovulatory cycle is possible.

Ovulation: With a 28 day cycle, ovulation is roughly day 14. Count from the first day of your cycle. Day 14 would be august 18th.
