Rash on Hip: Without seeing the lesion it is almost impossible to make a diagnosis. This could be eczema which is dry skin and treated with prescription topical cortisone. This could be a fungal infection which is treated with antifungal medication. This could also be an allergic contact dermatitis which is treated with prescription topical cortisone. The allergic agent must be removed.
