Oils: Look for a vitamin, fatty acid, or mineral deficiency. Check comprehensive fatty acid panel and zinc for starters. May need more flax oil or fish oil. Consider jojoba oil topically on skin. Make sure externally applied oils are stored in glass not plastic else you will be getting lots of phthalates which are endocrine disruptors.
