Probably fatty tumor: This is a common area for the development of cysts or fatty tumors. If it interferes with activity like combing your hair, or has surface changes including bleeding, or it is growing and red then you might see a dermatologist for evaluation. Otherwise you can live with if if it is small and not bothering you.
