Very : Embolization of kidney for stage 4 renal failure would be a serious erroe.

Bad idea: If this is either for grade 4 hydronephrosis or for staege 4 renal failure. Good idea for preoperative treatment of a large vascular kidney tumor os this will reduce risk of blood loss from surgery.
