Tennis elbow: Tennis elbow can resolve. It is typically an overuse injury. Anti-inflammatory medication may help including pills or creams. A tennis elbow strap worn consistently can also help. Exercises include lowering down a weight with the hand facing down to strengthen eccentrically, as well as stretching. Injections and surgery can be successful if other methods fail.
