Although informercials make great claims that they can help you to lose weight in just the right places-it is impossible. Calories consumed (food and drink) must be less than calories burned (exercise). Drink lots of water, eats lots of basic foods (fruit and vegies) and watch portions of everything else. Get 60 minutes of exercise daily (start 10 minute walk daily and build up over a month).
