How to deal with chin that keeps popping out of place?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

? TMJ syndrome: I assume you mean that your jaw pops out of socket on one or both sides. This is known as temperomandibular joint syndrome. For some it is hereditary. Try to avoid very chewy foods like gum, sticky candy, steak, etc. See your orthodontist for further recommendations based on your particular joint condition.
