Get evaluated : When someone is light-headed they tend to lose their balance. It's a fairly non-specific symptom. At 35 years old the chances of you having a stroke is very low. However you should see your doctor to get to the bottom of this light-headedness as it could be from multiple things. That being said, some strokes present with loss of balance and 'light-headedness'. Please see your doctor.
