Found knots in one of my armpits and it not painful but they really itch. what do you think it is?

Have it checked: Lumps & bumps in the armpit (axilla) can be from many different things (cysts, lipomas, folliculitis, enlarged lymph nodes). Having an associated itch, if it is on both sides could be from shaving, and/or allergic reaction to your deodorant. Since lymph nodes can enlarge as a normal reactive process and from cancer (breast, lymphoma etc..), i would recommend you see your doctor.

Hidradenitis possibl: From your desciption hidraadenitis is a possibility. Raised cystic lesion in the armpits which can be inflammed and even itchy. Cream and antibiotics can help temporarily. However once diagnosis is confirmed by physician minor surgery may be necessary.
