Clear part of blood: After the red blood cell portion came out this a mixture of inflammatory cells and lymph.

Normal exudate: It is the normal exudate or drainage that occurs in healing wounds. The fluid is called serous fluid (resembles serum) and is a clear watery drainage which indicates that wound healing is underway.
