Hi my right testis is 43x25x31mm and left testis is 43x22x31mm and right epididymal head is 20x8mm and left epididymal head is8x7mm is it cancer..?

Can be many things.: Your testes seem comparable in size, and unless you felt any mass/masses in them, i would not worry about cancer. Your epididymal head is apparently larger on right, but if you had pain and tenderness on that side and fever with it, it would seem to be epididymiitis from an infection. If not, you still might not have cancer as fluid can cause swelling here too. See your dr. For a full work-up.

Could be: Difficult to assess withou examination. However, the description you provided "stoney hard" raises concern and requires further evaluation by a urologist. He may suggest an ultrasound.
