Use ovulation tests: The easiest are the urine tests for detection od the hormone lh! which causes the release of an egg. Over the past several years i've had my patients use the ovwatch because it predicts ovulation 5 days before the event. Available from my office 914-722-9300 or from amazon. In your case ovulation probably occurs earlier than day 14.
