Read instructions: The instructions on most ovulation kits will give specific recommendations for that brand. Ovulation occurs 12-48 hrs after the test turns positive. The hormone that it is detecting stays high so one expects the tests to stay positive. There is no reason to keep testing once it turns positive. Save your money. Have intercourse after the test turns positive
