Possible , but more: Likely the chlam could be resistant to the Doxycycline so call your gyn as u may need a differnet antibiotci and u should never get reinfected ! because your partner should be getting treated and u should not have intercourse until both people are culture proved negative, if u cannot do that then u have some serious problems.
