No: Untreated pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) does not cause lymphoma. I did find a case report of pid being misdiagnosed, and it was eventually found out to be a lymphoma. Other than that, there is no link.

In a word NO: While there are cases of solid tumors arising in a site of prior insult, ie "scar carcinomas" and the potential of lymphoma in areas of prior chronic inflammation, ie think this direct link would be a stretch.
