Go to PMD or ER: It is "possible, " you are correct, however that does not matter-if you black out without warning, you need evaluated by a doc and soon--before you happen to be driving, on stairs, on subway platform, etc. If primary can't do full eval, then go to er (and please, not late in day or weekends!). Ps--don't drive until evaluated.
