I have this really bad sunburn from the beach from spring break, is there anything thing i can do for it?

Aloe vera and sunscr: Aloe vera gel to soothe and help it heal; avoidance of sun exposure and tanning beds is a must for it to heal as well. If there are blisters protect them and when they burst clear away the dead skin and draiange and treat as a wound with antibacterial ointments and bandage. If more severe than this see your physician for additional considerations and treatment.

Steroid creams: If this a several wek old sunburn the skin is damaged and inflammed. Medium strength topical steroid will decrease inflammation and help lighten the abnormal color.
