Care after sunburn: First thing is to stay cool and comfortable. Cool aloe and an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen can be beneficial. You may want to see your physician to make sure about the extent of your sunburn, particularly since you are fair and you rate the sunburn as "really bad". Do not pick at any areas that blister, flake, or peel.
