My 86 y o mother has dizzy for 6 months. no cause found. could taking tylenol (acetaminophen) pm be related and if d/c how long before improvement should be noted?

Disequilibrium : Yes it could play a role, but most likely not the only reason. Stop the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm first and if after one week the problem persists then have her doctor send her to balance therapy. This is therapy specifically to strengthen all areas related to the organs of balance.
