Exercise, meditation: Exercise can increase production of endorphins which can lead to a "runner's high" with feelings of euphoria. Meditation can also lead to "bliss, " a euphoria that can be much more profound & lasting than the fleeting euphoria that can come from sex and drugs. Many who meditate feels its euphoria is higher than that from drugs- but it can take time to master. Music & love can also elicit euphoria.
