Yes and no!: People with slight bow-leggedness are usually more athletic than people with knock knee. However, you are putting more stress on the inside (medial) compartments of your knees. If you engage in traumatic sporting activities or exercise, it might lead to greater chance of medial compartment degenerative arthritis!
