I was sleeping and then woke up suddenly with a very fast heart rate. It was back to normal within 3-5 minutes. Was this heart related or panic attack?
Woke up last night with tingling in left arm and numbness & racing heart with panic attack. Now have tingling in toes on left leg & left arm. Haven't been sleeping well for nearly a week. Also, shortness of breath when I talk at times.
