Go see Dr. : Many things can cause chest and arm pain but not many will kill you. Heart disease in a person your age is not common but not unheard of - so go to a doctor and get checked - if it's not your heart, then you and your dr. Can slow down and figure out the problem. If it is your heart - you'll be glad you went in quickly.
