Sorry, doesn't help: If you have memory loss already, need to find out why, and get treated. If you wish to avoid future memory loss, you might reduce risk a bit by a mediterranean diet, drinking red wine, and coffee, doing crossword puzzles and other cognitive exercises, and physical exercise, and check thyroid and b vitamin fnctn.
