Sorry, doesn't help: If you have memory loss already, need to find out why, and get treated. If you wish to avoid future memory loss, you might reduce risk a bit by a mediterranean diet, drinking red wine, and coffee, doing crossword puzzles and other cognitive exercises, and physical exercise, and check thyroid and b vitamin fnctn.

Possibly: Some people feel that coconut oil helped them greatly. However, there are few research studied and one indicates that it may be useful only for people who do not have apolipoproten e4 gene.
