I experience extreme nasal dryness & difficulty breathing from nose, in dry winter indoors, are there any nasal lubricants available especially on nhs?

AYR saline nasal ge: I really like this stuff for winter dry noses. Neilmed also makes a saline gel product made specifically for the nose. They are both water based, so the don't muck up your nose with oils, like vaseline does. Squirt a bit in each nostril a couple of times a day, and avoid picking dry material out of the nose for a while, let it heal.
