That's a start: While diet is important to look at when promoting healing i would also consider other proven effective treatments for recovering from tobacco dependence. In some cases, patients will live longer with nicotine replacement in terms of fruits, those with known high concentration of anti-oxidants, like blueberries. Also i would include fruits like papaya and cantalope that support "earth energy".
