So i recently started the nuva ring birth control about 2 months ago. and since then iv been getting more acne. is this normal?

Possible: Almost all birth control pills including nuva ring improve acne. So make sure you aren't doing anything else to make acne worse. Otherwise if you still think acne worse on nuva ring then see your doctor and try another pill.

Progesterone acne: Acne due to androgenic (male hormone) will improve by removing the ring and/or use of antiandrogen spironolone. Expect improvement in 3 months.
