My daughter has irregular periods, shes 16 not sexually active and is matured since she was 12. her periods come after every 4-6 months for 7=10 days.

Irregular periods: Having irregular periods may not be such a bad idea despite the inconvenience of 7-10 days every 6 months. Obviously, it seems like you and your daughter have a concern. My best advice is to consult a gynecologist who may prescribe hormones taken every day to regulate her periods.
