Yes.: The location of the wound is a little special, but it will heal with time. Keep a band aid over it to prevent irrtation.

Probably: It sounds like it is healing ok but it could become infected and cause mastitis. If it becomes swollen and red and if there is drainage see your doctor for a culture and antibiotic treatment.

Yes!: Yes it should as long as it does get infected. Clean the area thoroughly and apply an over the counter antibiotic ointment several times daily. It the area becomes more swollen, red, hot or tender you need to seek medical attention.
