Ask your MD: Aspirin is a potent anticoagulant and can effect blood platelets causing bruising . It may also be responsible for prolonged or heavier bleeding during surgery. For at risk patients there is a risk of hemorrhagic stroke. Some people may develop ringing in the ears while on aspirin. With there side effects if best to consult your md before taking it routinely.
