Yes.: It is possible to be pregnant after having a pregnancy test with negative results. No laboratory test is 100% accurate. It is also possible that the test was administered too early. Most pregnancy tests are not valid in the first few days of a pregnancy. On the other hand, you could be throwing up for another reason.
