Simple way to know: Have you ever had vaginal sex? If you have, sure you could be pregnant. Get a home pregnancy test from the store, read the instructions inside, wait the proper amount of time after a missed period to take the test (that will be in the instructions) and wait for your result. If it's positive or you feel uncertain, a doctor can do a blood test for pregnancy hormone.
