Seek evaluation: It may be a mucocele, a minor salivary gland with a blocked duct. The only way to be sure, however, is to have it examined. Any mouth lesion that does not fully heal in two weeks deserves examination, so you're overdue. Would recommend that you see a specialist Oral Surgeon for evaluation and if necessary, treatment.
