Check ur: Bra tightness. Is it red and itching like a fungal infection, very common and can be relieved with Hydrocortisone and lotrimin together. Try some aleve, (naproxen) it can help, the birth control pill can help if cyclic. If red, hot or u develop a fever it could be an infection of the breast but low probability. Cancer rarely if ever presents as pain and is low risk at your age.
