Cold: Rest, fluids, saline spray for your nose are good for starters. You can talk to your pharmacist about over the counter preparations. If this doesn't help and you are getting worse see your doctor. All the best.

Try This: You can try over the counter Sudafed(do not take if you have high blood pressure), flonase allergy nasal spry, motrin for pain, ginger tea It may help to ease the symptoms
