Dietary changes: Increase fiber in your diet to add bulk to the stool and avoid foods that may irritate your stomach (caffeine, spicy, chocolate etc). It is possible you have inflammation of the stomach lining. If you still have symptoms after diet changes you might try antacids to calm the acid production. Do not lay down after meals and eat smaller portions at each sitting.
