With a bladder iinfection/ uti can there be a hint of bleeding when whipping after urniating?

Yes: Blood in the urine is one of the most common signs of an urinary tract infection. However, if the bleeding persists after you have finished your antibiotics treatment for the uti, you should see your doctor for a urology referral to make sure nothing else is going on.
