Frequent UTI's: People with recurrent and severe uti's need to be evaluated by a urologist (u) to see if they have an obstruction of their urinary outflow tract causing them. A renal ultrasound will be done. If that does not give the answer of why you have these frequent uti's, other tests will be ordered, such as an ivp. A u can give you the a diagnosis and a treatment plan to resolve your problem. Good luck.

Need urologic workup: Most common cause of utis in young women is not urinating after sex. Constipation, thong underwear, baths ; bubble bath rather than showers, not spreading thighs wide when urinating to avoid vaginal trapping of urine or ?Anatomic cause. Hence urology consult. Have you tried cranberry extract as preventative (cystex or ellura) finaklly Macrodantin (nitrofurantoin) prophylaxis nightly or after sex. Good luck.
