foul fecal body odor.. causing me to withdraw from social contact and i went from 91% avg to a 84% its ruining my life.. how can i mask it? or fix it?

Get full physical: Many substances are excreted in skin, including garlic and onion, but if there is truly a fecal odor, then something may be wrong. You should see your doctor and have a full history taken, physical examination and any appropriate laboratory tests your doctor thinks may be helpful.
