How soon can a child with bronchitis being treated with antibiotics?

Immediately if....: As soon as diagnosed with a bacterial infection.Antibiotics do not help viral infections which most " bronchitis" in chidren is caused by.And there is no simple test 100% accurate for this such as bloodwork or xrys.
