See surgeon: You might have a pilonidal cyst. This is a small cyst that occurs in the crack above the anus. This can easily be removed with minor surgery. Please see a surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

Fistula or pilonidal: This likely is a pilonidal cyst if is located posteriorly over the coccyx or it could represent a small fistula if it is close to the anus. A simple exam could easily differentiate but should be done when it is actively symptomatic.
