Many options...: Odor is caused by bacteria and topical antibiotics can be prescribed by your doctor. Excessive sweating has many causes, some genetic, and many treatments. Go to sweat help.Org for treatment options. Prescription antiperspirants (20% aluminum chloride) are somewhat stronger than otc ones. Don't get frustrated, there are many options!
