Talk to your Dr: There are "medical grade" antiperspirants for the overachievers. Also, may recommend episodic Chlorhexidine scrub (kind of antibacterial soap) use to change the bacterial flora in armpits, which should change odor pattern.

Drysol might help: Drysol will probably cut down on sweat volume, which may or may not help with the odor. It is pregnancy category c, which is about average risk level for a drug.
