Can be: Feeling a fibroid depends on its size and location and not whether or not your bladder is full. To be felt the fibroid has to be big enough and be located in the front part of the uterus. Because the bladder is located in front of the uterus, these fibroids will often compress the bladder to cause increase urinary frequency and nocturia (waking up at night to urinate).
