Very low chance: Yes, if your son has his viral load suppressed to undetectable, the chance that he would spread HIV is very low; that being said, it is still highly inadvisable for him to engage in unprotected sex due to other stds or other variants of HIV that may not be susceptible to Atripla infecting him, or if he has a "blip" in his viral load that would make it detectable.
