Depends: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can decrease periods b/c of the device? Slight deviations are no big deal, don't worry unless getting persistently off, should b fine.

Which IUD? : If you have a Progesterone containing iud (mirena) then this is totally normal. If you have paragard then see what happens over the next few months.
