Hard to know.: I don't understand the term crater as you use it. I am concerned however that you are describing an ulcer like lesion. If this is the case, and you have one on the penis and one in the mouth, then you should be seen by your pcp immediately. This could be a serious infectious disease. Please get seen as soon as possible.
