Doctors keep telling me that oxycodone (percocet 10/325) and oxycodone hydrochloride are the same why do the roxys make me so sick and not workon pain?

Not the same...: Percocet, in addition to having 10 mg of oxycodone, also has 325 mg of Acetaminophen (tylenol) in it. That is a possible reason why it might work better for you than oxycodone alone. I am not sure about the sickness part. Roxicodone comes in 5, 15, or 30 mg doses. Perhaps you are taking either the 15 or 30 and that is making you more nauseous?

Percocet v. Oxy: Percocet contained oxycodone, but it also has Acetaminophen (tylenol (acetaminophen)). There may be something about the way oxyir is formulated that irritates your GI system, and/or you may benefit more from the tylenol (acetaminophen) than the oxycodone for your specific pain(s). Some people find it hard to believe, but many times nsaids or Acetaminophen may be all you truly need to treat your pain.
